General Help:
Want to lend a hand but not sure where you fit? We’d love to have you! Volunteers can assist wherever needed before, during, and after the event. Tasks may include setup, organizing supplies, greeting guests, keeping things running smoothly, and cleanup. No special experience is needed—just a willingness to jump in, help out, and make the event a success!
Live Auction OR Silent Auction:
Organizing and tracking donated items, helping create auction bid sheets, displays, and promotional materials, supports communication liaison with donors and sponsors to collect contributions, aid in setting up and breaking down the auction area at the event, monitor bidding activity and provide support if guests have questions, help record winning bids and distribute items to winners after payment is confirmed
Social Media Marketing
Ensures that the fundraiser is well-publicized, engages the community, and drives participation and donations through both digital and traditional marketing efforts. Create and schedule engaging social media content across school and community platforms. Coordinate with the event planning team and marketing volunteer to highlight key activities (e.g., silent auction, raffles, entertainment.
