MC Auditions for Hopi Variety Show 2026

 

Welcome 5th Graders! We’re so glad you’re interested in becoming an MC for this year's Variety Show! Auditions will be held November 13th. There are a few important things you need to know about the audition process:
  1. Please take a moment and carefully read through the MC Audition Packet. These forms detail all the requirements and important dates for both the audition process and the MC commitment. MC Audition Forms are due to the Hopi front office by 3:15 pm on Friday, November 7th. Click here to Print the MC Audition Forms (or pick up a printed copy in the Hopi Front Office). *No late forms will be accepted* 
  2. Part of the audition process requires learning a dance. There are three videos. You can find the instructional video HERE, a video of the dance with counts and music HERE, and a video of what the dance looks like from the front HERE.
Not sure if you want to audition or not? Have questions about being an MC or the Audition? An optional informational meeting will be held Monday, November 3rd, at 7:30am in the Hopi Library. Interested students and parents are invited to attend. We will go over the audition process and answer any questions you have about being an MC in the Variety Show.
