5th Grade Yearbook Tributes

Every family will have the opportunity to include a personalized message to their 5th grader in the back of the yearbook. Cost is $10 and tributes are limited to one per student. Must be purchased by March 1st.

 

**If the tribute is cost prohibitive for your family please reach out to yearbook@hopipta.com and arrangements can be made to help cover costs.

 

Donations 

This year the 5th grade committee has decided in lieu of shirts or hats (which have been given in the past) we would like to gift each 5th grader with a photobook of the 5th grade slide show (make sure to read below about this!). While we think this will be a great memory for the students, it does cost more than the shirts and hats given in the past. Because of this we are asking for donations. If you are willing and able to help you can do so here . We thank you in advance for your generosity!

 

 

Slide Show – VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!

A main part of our promotion celebration will be a slideshow showcasing every 5th-grade student. Our goal is to be 100% inclusive, with a dedicated slide for each child — and we can’t do this without your help!

We are asking families to submit the following for each student (if you have twins, please complete this separately for each child):

  • 1 photo of your child from this school year
  • 1 photo of your child from kindergarten
  • 2–3 photosof your child (individual or group) from their time at Hopi to be used on their individual slide
  • 1–2 group photostaken at Hopi or at Hopi events
